Session Rates

Initial Evaluation

(90 minutes) – $250

A deep-dive into your history, current symptoms, and goals. Includes assessment, education, and a custom care plan.

Follow-Up Therapy

(60 minutes) – $150

Continued treatment, progress tracking, and adjustments to keep you moving forward.

Dry Needling

(30 minutes) – $75

Optional add-on or stand-alone to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support pelvic health.

Bundle Options Available

Because every journey looks different, we also offer session bundles tailored to your needs. Bundles help you stay consistent, save on cost, and keep momentum strong. We’ll recommend the right package for you after your evaluation.

Insurance

We are in-network with select plans and provide superbills for out-of-network clients to submit for reimbursement.

HSA/FSA Eligible

All sessions can be paid with your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account.

Private Pay

Available for those without coverage or who prefer not to use insurance.
