Let’s be real: women’s health has been whispered about, brushed off, and hidden behind closed doors for far too long. That ends here.

Welcome to the very first episode of Vaginally Speaking — the unapologetic, no-filter show where we talk clits, cramps, pelvic health, motherhood, mental health, sex, and everything your doctor may have dismissed as “normal.” Spoiler: common does not mean normal.

In this debut episode, I’m sharing my raw and personal journey — from working as a pediatric occupational therapist to opening One Strong Woman Therapy. My mission? To help women stop faking it, start healing, and reclaim their bodies.

Because here’s the truth:

  • Painful sex is not “just part of being a woman.”

  • Bladder leaks are common, but they’re not normal.

  • Constipation, orgasm struggles, and pelvic pain are not things you have to just live with.

We’ll dive into:

  • My career shift from helping kids meet developmental milestones to helping grown women stop peeing their pants (yes, you read that right).

  • The “common vs. normal” conversation that will change how you see your symptoms.

  • How pelvic health goes way beyond the physical — it’s emotional, mental, and deeply connected to trauma.

  • The massive gap in women’s health education and how we can rewrite the story for the next generation.

And because Vaginally Speaking is about being real, you can expect a season full of taboo-breaking conversations — from sex toys to poop habits, bladder leaks to body confidence. Nothing is off-limits.

If you’ve ever been told to “just live with it,” if you’ve ever Googled your symptoms in desperation, or if you’re simply craving honest, empowering conversations about your health — this is your safe space.

🎧 Listen to Episode 1 now and join the movement to stop whispering and start speaking up.
